Let Justice Prevail

Well, Osama bin Laden is still on the loose, but Judith Miller is locked up. She could neither run nor hide, so we were able to catch her.

In time, DeLay and Rove will have to account for their actions -- for now they are as free as bin Laden.

Perhaps soon there will be justice for those whose lives have been lost in Iraq, and for those whose loved ones have suffered at Abu Ghraib and elsewhere.

Now that we know how they rigged the "intelligence" and manipulated the nation in order to start a war, one assumes that justice will be served, eventually.

Now that a few enlisted men and women have been tried for their part in the Bush administration's deliberate policy of prisoner coercion, abuse and torture, it seems the time may soon be at hand to address the culpability of senior officers and civilian leaders.

Bush and Blair; Rumsfeld, Cheney, Gonzales, and Rice -- when will these folks pay the price for their crimes?

FIAT JUSTITIA, RUAT COELUM
