About most things in life I have a pretty good sense of humor, or so I'm told. But the ability to have one about the environmental horrors of the age is something I don't seem quite able to summon up. I do, however, appreciate it when others can manage to create something humorous to draw attention to the issues.
Neil has posted a link to the NYT story on Exxon's ever-increasing profits in today's Blue's News, which should be read first. Then, as a chaser to that highball, the folks at Exxpose Exxon have managed to put together a little movie to simultaneously poke fun at the company and sound a wake-up call re oil resources. Give a look - and be sure your speakers are on - at Toast the Earth . Then follow the Action link and get with the program to convince Exxon to chart a new course under its new CEO, use those huge profits to develop clean energy sources while there are still a few moments left.
