I really think this is the most urgent issue at the moment in the whole world.

We are standing by watching with indifference as hundreds of thousands edge closer to a terrible end.

It is as if we could see the tsunami coming, and did nothing -- several times over.

It makes me ill.

Please join me in writing to our Senators and Congressmen -- even to that idiot in the Oval Office -- and pleading for action.

Before it is too late.
