Cents and Nonsense

Hillary Clinton and John McCain want to cut gas taxes 18.4 cents per gallon.

Obama, pointing out that those taxes pay for road work (ie, pay road workers), disagrees with the proposal.

Meanwhile the average new car in America gets 23 miles per gallon; in Japan the number is 46 mpg.

People, the problem isn't the 18 cents. That's nonsense.

If we had any sense, we'd be talking about miles per gallon.
