Bullet Point

Day before yesterday a four-year-old boy became the third child under six so far this year in this town to find a gun in the parental home and accidentally shoot himself.   How long will we tolerate this madness? (Cartoon by Tom Toles, "Bullet Point," from The Washington Post.
