Is The Obama Administration ready to start a war with Iran?

Sadly, that was my first question on hearing about this breaking news item, U.S. Says Iran-Tied Terror Plot in Washington, D.C. Disrupted by Richard Esposito and Brian Ross ABC News.

This alleged plot involved a defendant conspiring with an undercover Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent, who he thought was working for a Mexican drug cartel.

Knowing something of how the FBI has been cooking up its own terror plots and then busting them (see Mother Jones), I'm not thrilled to see this report that can easily be used to whip up war fever for attacking Iran. A very, very bad idea.
