A Police State is a Safe PlaceWhile our local keystone cops continue their month-long search for Jason Stivers (left), I thought I would comment a great lesson I learned today. We've all seen those tapes of police brutality. Perhaps the most famous was the viscious beating of Rodney King. Without knowing any better, it can be easy to come to the conclusion that police brutality is more common than police admit: Nothing could be further from the truth. ...experts say...Videos often end up raising more questions than they answer."The latest video to surface In the Chino shooting, a San Bernardino County sheriff's deputy appears in a 40-second home video to order the 21-year-old Elio Carrion to his feet, then shoots him as he tries to stand. Carrion, an AirForce security officer just back from Iraq, underwent surgery for wounds to his chest, ribs, and leg and was reported in good condition. What the naive viewer surmises--only after lengthy indoctrination in our liberal schools and through our extremely Left-Wing media machine--is that the police officer misused his power. The experts advise caution: ...images captured on tape are open to wide interpretation. For instance, a lot of people are unaware of the fact that just before the filming of Rodney King getting beat by the police started he had just transformed back from being an eight-foot Wolfman who was tossing the cops around like little toys. Most of the police had no idea that Rodney King had changed back into a human once they began attacking: They was scared! Please be good citizens and TRUST your local police to only beat up, jail, falsely accuse, torture, and kill really bad people who probably deserve it . If you see a video of a police officer abusing another person in anyway you can be confident that that person deserved whatever punishment they got. Do the police a favor and please turn off the camcorders. | +Save/Share | | |
