Defending Hillary....sort of

Did you think the ad on youtube.com comparing Hillary Clinton to some Big Brother politician was a bit unfair? I did.

Look, I'm not crazy about Hillary, she's done some things lately that frankly have just pissed me off. Just last week, when asked whether she thought that General Peter Pace's statement about homosexuality being immoral, she declined to have her own opinion and said that she would leave that for others to decide. Now if John Warner, an old-boy Republican from Virginia can come out on the same day and strongly disagree with Peter Pace, why does Hillary have to chicken out and dodge the question?

The problem with Hillary is that she lacks moral courage. In this political environment, when the Republicans are self-destructing, why does she have to play it safe, and sit on the fence? Just who the hell is giving her this bad advice? She's got a real chance at becoming the first woman US President, and before the primaries even begin, she's going to piss off her base. I'm not crazy about Barak Obama, and though I like John Edwards' message, I think he's a light weight, and will not make a good President. I think Hillary is the very best that the Democrats have to offer, but if the primaries were held today, I would not vote for her. And that's a shame, because she would be a great President.

Hillary, get in the game.
