For people who like to be number one, you'll be happy to know that we lead the world when it comes to sitting in front of the tube. According to Nation Master Americans spend an average of 28-hours watching television. That's a lot of television.Most of the readers here are aware of the right-wing corporate bias in the supposed liberal media; but many of us aren't as well aware of that same bias in popular entertainment. I know we all think we're smart and that we're not fooled by corporate advertising, but studies show a very different picture.
