Edwards Lied

He did have an affair with Ms Hunter, in 2006, as alleged in reporting by The National Enquirer.

He claims the affair ended in 2006, after his wife became aware of the affair. He says the baby isn't his. He admits he did visit Hunter and her baby visit the hotel where Hunter was staying, and that Elizabeth did not know about this visit.

His denial of paternity is hard to believe; indeed, it is hard to believe anything he says about his personal life.

What a shame.

I supported Edwards, passionately. Now I am left wondering - what if he had won the nomination? Can you imagine McCain losing to the man who cheated on Elizabeth?

I hope Edwards goes away and doesn't come back. I am done with him.

FEATURED QUOTE

"It is the logic of our times
No subject for immortal verse
That we who lived by honest dreams
Defend the bad against the worse."
