Bonjour, y'all!Ambassadors are frequently political appointees with little qualification other than having helped the President raise money, and David Wilkins fits that mold....however this guy is blatantly unsuited to the diplomatic responsibilities of his post. Check this out and see if you don't agree that Wilkins is another fine example of the Bush hackocracy.Thanks again to a wonderful article in The New Republic:
