Bush Does Something Right

Wow. I think I misread the headline in the Washington Post today. Wait let me go back and check it again. Yeah, I wasn't hallucinating,check it out.

Bush Seeks Ban on Destructive Fishing

Hmmnnn.... I'm not sure how to write this, but Bush is actually in support of something that is good for the environment, and he actually came out and said it publicly. By destructive fishing, he means the practice of fishermen dragging huge nets along the floor of the ocean, catching anything and everything, and severely disturbing important environments like seagrass and coral. Some destructive fishing practices use dynamite to bring up fish like sturgeon (for caviar) and destroy much more than the fish.

Is this a George Bush fish story? What's the catch?

Since I recently began believing in miracles, I guess I have to take this news as a sign that positive change can happen.
