Dream Big

It looks like the Democrats are going to take back the House pretty easily, but why not go for the whole Enchilada? As we move closer to election day, the idea that Democrats might take the Senate as well is not such a delusional idea. Here is an optimistic view of the upcoming midterm elections.

Okay we are still three weeks out, and we're still waiting for Karl Rove's October Surprise, but as it looks today, taking both the House and the Senate is not as crazy an idea as it was six months ago. Republicans have given up on Rick Santorum and Mike Dewine of Ohio, and are putting their money in Virginia, Tennessee, and Missouri, where the Senate candidates are all in extremely tight races. When the GOP has to spend big bucks in Tennessee, you know they're in trouble.

When I dream, I like to dream big. Maybe the Democrats will take back both the House and the Senate in November.

And as long as I'm dreaming, do you think there's a chance that Angelina will dump Brad Pitt and consider me?
