Joe Negron (R) concedes to Tim Mahoney (D) for Florida House 16, the seat of disgraced Congressional Pages' Best Friend, Mark Foley (R).

CNN projects Chris Carney (D) the winner of Pennsylvania 10th over Don "Yes, I had an affair but I didn't physically abuse her" Sherwood (R).

CNN also projects Chris Murphy (D) beating long-term incumbent Nancy Johnson (R) in Connecticut's 5th.

So far, the Democrats have picked up a total of ten (10) new Congressional seats.
