The Texas Observer Lovingly Remembers MollyOkay, having just found this wonderful Ivins tribute, I can't help posting it to share with everyone else. It's on The Texas Observer site, and includes photos, columns, remembrances and comments by people both famous and not. Molly Ivins was a co-editor of that feisty little publication for six years, and I think it always remained a big part of her heart. I know there's a lot of tears in the beers on many a tabletop in Austin Texas today. If you came late to her brand of populist kickass journalism or even if you've been reading her for years, go check this memorial out. There's even the opportunity there to leave your own tribute, and they're keeping it up for a while: "For the time being, our site will be dedicated to remembering Molly, her work, her wit, her contributions to the political discourse of a nation. We invite readers to submit their own thoughts and recollections, to say a few words of praise."Tags: molly ivins, texas observer
