Ominous HeadlinesIn order to get a feel for just how bad the war in Iraq is going, you have to read the UK newspapers. When we go from the doctrine of staying the course to a headline like this: Major Change Expected In Strategy for Iraq War what are we supposed to think, and why is the headline of changing the course so completely more ominous that the headline about losing the battle of Baghdad?
