A Blue Voice Returns

We would like to officially announce the return of Neil to The Blue Voice. Neil was one of the founding members of TBV, and after a long absence, he is back with his own inimitable take on the political and social issues of the day.

His return post below, about the Three Trillion Iraq War, reflects his strong, thoughtful and passionate voice that we all missed. Expect more of the same in his future posts.
